Spinshot Pro Overview
The Spinshot Pro tennis ball machine is a cost effective ball machine with adjustable ball speed, feed rate, spin, height & horizontal oscillation.
This compact tennis machine features simple use dials and switches to control the ball settings. It is also compatible with the Remote Watch which allows the player to start and stop the machine with the touch of a button.

Pro / Pro2 Comparison
The only difference between the Pro and the Pro2 is the horizontal oscillation adjustment settings. The Pro has a basic fixed width horizontal oscillator where as the Pro2 has a variable width horizontal oscillator with a random oscillation option.

Portability
Spinshot Pro is lighter and more compact than any other tennis ball machine sale with similar features. Towing wheels and a retractable handle are incorporated on the machine and you can put all your tennis equipment on the machine and tow them together.

Speed
Spinshot Pro can deliver balls up to 68mph and with top spin, this can be adjusted right down to 18mph to mimic all kinds of shots.
Feed Control
Ball feed rate is controllable from 2 seconds to 10 seconds every shot.
Trajectory / Height Control
Ball trajectory is electronically adjustable from the front panel.
Spin Control
Electronically adjustable for different degrees of back and top spin. Mastery of top and back spin is what separates the average player from a champion!
Oscillator
When the horzontal oscillator is switched on the Pro oscillates from the forehand to backhand side in a continuous motion.
When the horizontal oscillator is off the machine delivers the ball to a consistent location on the court.
Power Input
The Spinshot Pro's ball machine's battery can support 2-3 hours of play. It won't quit until you're ready to stop. Simply charge after each use and it's ready to go.
The machine will be shipped with a battery charger that is compatible with our 12V batteries. The smart design of the power cage and removal of the battery cover makes it extremely easy to install the battery or upgrade your machine to an AC supply.
Remote Watch
The Spinshot Remote Watch allows you to start and stop the ball feed. Check out our demo video. The video is for Player model. The Pro machine's remote watch only allows you to start and stop the ball feed. The Remote Watch requires a CR2032 battery (not supplied).

Returns Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Notes
Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
10% restocking fee need to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spinshot-sports.com

Warranty
Each Spinshot tennis ball machine is assembled with strict quality control checks at each step of the process, testing each part for durability and dependability.
Spinshot warrants that each new tennis ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot have a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Customers outside the US may want to order a battery from a local vendor to get local support.
All demo machines ordered from Spinshot Sports or from Ebay authorized seller (tennis-buy) will receive full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase with evidence from the order receipt.
Any part of the tennis ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. This warranty is available to the original customer only. Order receipt or Amazon Order ID needs to be provided as purchase evidence. Shipping only to US based address.
Most problems can quickly be resolved with a phone call or email. Please contact us for fast 7/24 hour service. Email communication is preferred as it will get all team members linked for quick response.
If a warranty repair is a simple part replacement, we will send you the new part and provide technical support for installation. If you would like us to install the part, or if the problem is more extensive, you will need to pay the shipping to return the item to us. We will cover repairs and domestic return shipping.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty.
2. Failure of the customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by us with all machines.
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than as indicated in the user manual.
4. Battery and black service wheels which are with 6 month warranty coverage.

I really like this machine (SpinShot Pro). I have used it twice so far. It has all the features that I need (topspin, backspin, elevation control, speed control and basic oscillation feature). It seems very sturdy.
I also like the spinshot pressureless Tennis balls.
The foldable flaps (which hold the balls in) work well, although it would be nice if they were sturdier.
I recently purchased the Spinshot Pro and I have used it twice. So far, I am satisfied and I am looking forward to customizing it to my training needs.

We have used the ball machine 4 times so far and have tested out all features and am really satisfied with the machine so far. Primarily using it for my son's training and it helps with ball feed (with top spin and back spin) while I can focus on his shot and watch him closely.
Battery charging is between 4-5 hours and so far it has come for 2-3 hour sessions without losing power.
Pros
- Easy to lift as the handles are at right points to lift
- Built with steel body and not plastic. some of the shots hit the machine and there was no issues.
Suggestions to improve in next model
1. Can provide a cover for control panel to lock when not in use
2. Can provide a detachable cover for the ball feed vent
3. Larger wheels as some terrain might not be paved
The SpinShot Pro is very compact and fits into the trunk of my sports 4-door sedan. It delivers flat, topspin and underspin shots. The spinshot Pro has a metal casing, and it is shorter in height than the length of a tennis racquet. It is great for beginners to intermediate players alike. Most 2.0 to 4.0 players will find the machine a great training mate.
